We have a 1-4-8 policy here at SERVPRO. We have 1 hour to call you back, 4 hours to get onsite, and 8 business hours to have a verbal briefing with you or your insurance company. Our owners prioritize getting onsite quickly. SERVPRO of Midtown Memphis had made this our top priority within our business, and continue to do so to make sure that we can help you get back to how you were before the loss.
